FC Miami City is committed to developing the next generation of female soccer talent. As a proud member of the USL W League, the club offers aspiring female players unmatched exposure, creating a clear pathway from collegiate to professional soccer.

The USL W League is one of the premier women’s soccer leagues in the U.S., providing a prestigious competitive platform for elite players. With a focus on high-level competition, the league is dedicated to launching careers and opening professional opportunities for emerging female athletes, giving them the exposure needed to excel at both the collegiate and professional levels.

Additionally, our professional club in France, Thonon Evian Grand Genève FC, extends these opportunities, offering the best players a pathway to further their careers in European soccer.

Playing with FC Miami City can lead to your first professional contract in Europe. The most talented players will have the chance to join our Division 2 club in France – Thonon Evian Grand Geneve – and play for one of the leading women’s teams in Europe.

Thonon Evian Grand Genève FC is a professional club competing in the French Division 2 Feminine, consistently challenging top women’s teams across Europe. The club’s identity is rooted in international recruitment, bringing together elite talent from around the world. The 2024 roster exemplifies this, featuring 11 foreign players from the U.S., Africa, and Europe, including 6 international players. This diverse lineup underscores the club’s commitment to building a globally competitive team.

LINEA'S STORY: FROM FC MIAMI CITY TO PRO SOCCER IN EUROPE

After shining for FC Miami City in the 2023 USL W season, Linea Joergensen secured a professional contract in 2024 with Thonon Evian Grand Genève FC, competing in Division 2 in France.

TRYOUTS INFORMATION

Eligible players	Prospective players must be at least 16 years or older (no maximum age to participate). Current or prospective NCAA players (Players will not lose college eligibility).
Registration fees	U17+: $10. NO WALK IN REGISTRATION. There will be no refunds for any cancellation prior to the event/training/tryouts start date. Similarly, there will be no refunds for players who do not show up.
What is included?	The participation in the tryouts.
Drinks?	Water fountains will be accessible to participants.
What to wear?	Field players: White T-shirt, black shorts, black socks. Goalkeepers: White T-shirt, black shorts, black socks.
