Review of the tryouts: work hard, play hard!

Tryouts took place this past weekend at Kendall Soccer Park on Saturday and in our new and amazing home field, Tropical Park Stadium on Sunday. A beautiful landscape, wonderful weather and a rich sense of competitiveness and ambition filled the weekend.

Around 150 players were present at the registration in Kendall Soccer Park at 8.30am on Saturday, where everything was already set up by FC Miami City staff members, ready to welcome the players. After a series of technical exercises in the morning and matches in the afternoon, Wagneau Eloi with his supervisors selected over than 60 players for the Sunday tryouts in the Tropical Park Stadium. On Sunday, following the same format 30 players were selected at the end of the tryout and now they will have to fight for a spot in the team, through friendly matches and training sessions with the official FC Miami City players.

Eloi emphasized the importance to work hard as the only way to achieve good results and reach a professional level. Being ready, in good conditions and the motivation had been the bases on which the supervisors evaluated the players.
A good vibe has been absorbed by the supervisors and this is a great start for this new 2016 season, where the ambition and expectations are very high.
