FC Miami City and its affiliate youth Academy, Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA, host open tryouts.
This all-in-one tryout provides a wide range of opportunities for talented players to join FC Miami City and/or Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA teams (if eligible):
– FC Miami City USL League 2 (U17+)
– FC Miami City USL Academy (U17-U19)

We are FC MIAMI CITY, a fully affiliated member of the United Soccer League (USL) and owners of the official Academies of Paris Saint-Germain in North America.

Tryouts are mandatory to join a team. To tryout, players need to register online to reserve their spot. Spots are limited for each tryout session and there will be no walk-ins allowed.

Tryout registration costs $100. (Tax is included).

It includes the access to the tryout.

All tryout participants must complete the online registration form and proceed with the payment – no exception! Your payment will confirm and save your spot for the tryouts.

The tryout will be conducted on a 1-day basis. The tryout consists of each participant playing in scrimmages, drills and 11v11 soccer matches in front of the technical team, comprised of FC Miami City and PSG Academy USA Head Coaches.

All players need to bring:
– The proof of registration and payment on their phone (no need to print)
– The Waiver Form filled up that all players received by email after their registration

Players will also need to bring: Black short, black socks, white t-shirt, and their own equipment. Players must come prepared for the tryouts with their own boots, socks, shorts, gloves, shin guards or any other equipment related to their position.

Absolutely! You will receive an email with all the details a week prior to the tryout.

In case of inclement weather, we will:
– post information about any delays or cancellations on the fcmiamicity.com website and on our social media
– inform all registered participants by email

Please note that we will most likely NOT cancel the tryout unless the weather is extremely bad. In case of cancellation, the event will be rescheduled.

Players are responsible for taking care of their housing by themselves during the tryouts. Please be aware of that the FC Miami City do NOT cover players’ housing expenses for the tryouts.
Participants are also responsible for all airfare, incurred travel costs, food, and transportation to the tryout session. Also note that FC Miami City will not help with Visa’s or letters of invitation.

Within the following 10 days after the tryouts, players will be notified through email if they made the team or not. Emails will be sent to the address(es) listed on the tryout registration forms.

Players who are invited to join the team have to notify the Technical Team by email if they accept or decline the offer within 48 hours.

If you have not heard from the club 10 days after trying out, please don’t hesitate to contact the club. Occasionally we may have the incorrect email address. Every player will receive a communication letting them know if they did or did not make a team.

There will be no refunds for any cancellation prior to the event/training/tryouts start date. Similarly, there will be no refunds for players who do not show up.
